All commissions will require entering into a Commission Agreement. This will be sent to each client prior to any monies recieved.

Commission agreements are entered into between myself as the artist and you as the client.

The agreement will outline the description of services including details of the artwork, timeframes and prices agreed upon including deposits, balances, shipping and cancellations.

To initiate the commission process I require a clear reference photograph to wok from. I understand that from time to time a pet may have passed and clear photographs are hard to obtain. I am happy to work with a set of photgraphs to create the work if possible. Sending as many photos as possible will give a better chance of a quality piece. Once we have agreed on all of the details and the commission agreement has been signed by both parties, the Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit . The deposit is required to secure my services and shall be deducted from the total price of the commissioned artwork.

Check-In Points

During the creation of the commissioned artwork, I will provide up to three check-in points to ensure your satisfaction. The purpose of these check-in points is to allow you to provide any feedback you may have and request reasonable modifications to the artwork.

Final Payment and Delivery

The remaining balance of the total price is required to be paid before the commissioned artwork is shipped.

Delivery

Upon receipt of the final payment, the work will be carefully packaged for shipping. While I take all reasonable care in packaging each piece, you do have the option to purchase additional insurance for the artwork's shipment for extra peace of mind.

Ownership

Once the final payment is received, ownership of the commissioned artwork shall be transferred to the Client.

Usage Rights

As the artist, I will retain the right to showcase the commissioned artwork on my portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Termination

Either Party may terminate the Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other Party. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for paying the Artist for any work completed up until the termination date.
